How can I increase my breast milk supply?

If you feel that your supply of breast milk is low, encourage your baby to feed more often. Put your own and your baby's needs first. Babies do have 'growth spurts' and, at these times, they will need to feed more often to stimulate milk production. Good positioning at the breast is also important for a good milk supply.
