Breastfeeding Your Premature Baby
Breastfeeding is the normal and natural food for a human baby. For a premature baby, breastmilk is especially important to prevent damage to his immature digestive system.
This booklet contains valuable information on breastfeeding premature babies from both research and parents' experiences. It includes information on how to manage while the baby is in hospital, expressing and feeding breastmilk, working with medical staff and mother's feelings.
