This is a relaxed, small group which meets throughout the year. One or more healt visitor hosts the group and it´s the perfect informal environment to ask about any issues you have, including breastfeeding questions and queries. Often topics are discussed openly and sometimes the best ideas/information comes from the other mums. Mats are placed in the centre of the room for the babies to play on and you also have the opportunity to get your baby weighed.
You don´t need to book, just turn up at the Family Centre and ask for the group at reception. You don´t neet to be a resident of Clackmannanshire.
